The MHA currently has a waiting list of families, if you are interested please submit an application so you can be placed on the list. Families are housed first come first serve with the exception of preferences. Call the office for more information.

The MHA does not have emergency housing.

Rent is based on household income. Rent will be no more than 30% of gross (before deductions) income. Deposit is $175.00, except individuals that are elderly or residents with a disability $100.00. Deposit must be paid before moving in.

Yes, but you are limited to size, type, and breed. Also, an additional pet deposit is required. Contact the office to receive specific details.

The housing unit is designated specifically for the family members specified in the lease. You may have individuals other than those listed on the lease stay in your apartment up to 14 calendar days in any given year. Continued residence by other persons in the unit is a violation of the lease. The tenant may not sublet or loan the use of the unit to any other person.

MHA policy requires that all cars be registered and have an ID tag viewable through front windshield. All cars must conform to state and local motor vehicle laws. Cars on MHA properties that do not follow these guides will be towed.
