Housing Authority Board of Commissioners

The Housing Authority of Madisonville is governed by a Board of Commissioners appointed by the Mayor of the City of Madisonville and approved by the City Commission per the KRS Chapter 80.030 (1). The Board is made up of the mayor, or their designee, and four other individuals.

With the exception of January, July, and November when there is no meeting, the Board of Commissioners meeting is the third Thursday of each month. In the month of December, a special called meeting is held due to the holidays.

Meetings are held at the Family Investment Center at 234 Pride Avenue, Madisonville, Kentucky 42431.
