Madisonville is dedicated to building strong, supportive communities by providing safe, affordable housing for low-income families, seniors, and individuals with disabilities. We work hand in hand with residents and local partners to create opportunities for growth, connection, and long-term stability-because thriving communities begin with a place to call home.

Announcements

We are currently accepting Section 8 applications both online and in person to maintain our waiting list. However, at this time, no new vouchers are being issued.

Applications are being accepted for one, two and three bedroom units, however we do have a waiting list. Follow the Housing tab for more information on the program and to obtain an application.

The Housing Authority of Madisonville will begin conducting semiannual inspections in April and October, starting in 2026.
The April 2026 inspection dates are April 14–15, with re-inspections scheduled for April 17. The October 2026 inspection dates are
October 13–14, with re-inspections scheduled for October 16.
