Applications are being accepted for one, two and three bedroom units, however we do have a waiting list. Follow the Housing tab for more information on the program and to obtain an application.

The Housing Authority of Madisonville is updating HVAC units on certain apartments in all complexes. A 48-hour notice will be given out to you if you are getting a new unit installed.
